Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of WhatsDone and all related products and services provided by Bestia Technologies Inc. ("Bestia", "we"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Illegal Activity

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction
• Process, store, or transmit data that you do not have the legal right to access or process
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes
• Violate export control or trade sanctions laws

2. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You must not use the Service to:

• Send, facilitate, or store spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or chain messages
• Harvest, collect, or scrape email addresses or other contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications
• Forge email headers, manipulate sender identities, or otherwise misrepresent the origin of communications

3. Harmful Content

You must not use the Service to process, store, or transmit:

• Content that exploits, harms, or threatens children in any way
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or harm against any individual or group
• Content that constitutes harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking
• Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

4. Deception and Fraud

You must not use the Service to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Create fraudulent or misleading content, including phishing emails or social engineering attacks
• Use AI-generated outputs to deceive, manipulate, or defraud any person
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored without appropriate disclosure

5. Security Violations

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or systems connected to the Service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any network connected to the Service without our written authorisation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm the Service's infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, or usage limits of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code into the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Upload, process, or transmit content that you do not have the right to use
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Service
• Resell, sublicence, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent

7. Resource Abuse

You must not:

• Use the Service in a way that consumes disproportionate resources or degrades performance for other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, restrictions, or enforcement actions
• Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency or perform computationally intensive tasks unrelated to the Service's intended purpose

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Warning: A notice that your activity violates this AUP and must cease
• Throttling: Temporarily reducing your access to Service features
• Suspension: Temporarily disabling your account pending investigation
• Termination: Permanently closing your account and deleting your data
• Legal action: Pursuing legal remedies where appropriate

We will provide notice before taking enforcement action where practicable, except in cases of illegal activity, imminent harm, or where notice would compromise an investigation.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@bestia.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
